Workshop Fees

ECAV’s workshop fee structure is heavily subsidised by NSW Health. Fees are applied by the participant’s organisation type, not the funding source. For example, fees may apply for workers employed in a Non-Government Organisation, even if their organisation receives NSW Health funding. Participants are responsible for organising and payment of travel and accommodation when attending training. ECAV provides all training materials and equipment for participants.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-payment for course fees is required.
  • Where participant do not pre-pay, a certificate will not be issued until payment is made.
  • No Refund or Credit will be available unless:
  1. ECAV cancels the program prior to commencement; or
  2. Where a participant cancels in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to program commencement; or
  3. Under exceptional circumstances, including illness or unforeseen circumstances (to be negotiated with ECAV)
