Project summary
The Integrated Violence, Abuse and Neglect Statistics and Research Project (the Project) was developed as a joint initiative of NSW Health’s Education Centre Against Violence and the Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse and Neglect (PARVAN) Unit in the NSW Ministry of Health. The Project has developed infographics and fact sheets to help NSW Health workers understand and communicate relevant violence, abuse and neglect statistics and research accurately and succinctly and to dispel myths, mistakes and misinformation about them.
