Weaving the Net 2022 – Forbes
The ECAV program Weaving the Net (WTN) is a child protection community development program. The Opening Forum was delivered on the 22 & 23 March 2022. The Weaving the Net Team includes Pam Greer and Virginnia Elliott.
We had women, young women and community elders from Forbes attending this program, all committed to talking about keeping kids safe. We would also like to acknowledge the hard work of Debbie Gaudie in getting this program happening, and our guest speaker Maria Woods who really set the pace and the commitment in bringing everyone together. We would also like to acknowledge and thank Susan Kanisek for her ongoing support and attendance.
Our friends from JCPRP, Brooke Sargent and Christie Hyde were also present and were there to provide information and assistance.
